The "group" approach allows ADG to assemble a design team with expertise unique to any particular project.  This ensures an in depth focus on the distinct challenges and special environmental requirements of each project on a site specific basis.

Historically, this utilization of local identity has proven to be extremely valuable.  Local consulting/engineering firms have been used successfully in diverse locations from Calgary, Alberta, Canada to Barcelona, Spain and from Burlington, Vermont to Lesotho, South Africa. Beyond structure, ADG's expertise is accountable to the principals of the firm, whose scope of knowledge spans the industry, and whose depth of experience is unmatched. Expertise is not a course one can take at engineering school.  Expertise is gained by use, practice and field experience.

The ADG principals have more than 70 years of experience in snowmaking system evaluation, design, and project management, more than 40 years of experience in mountain operations, and more than 10 years of experience in process control system design, integration, implementation and support. This hands-on field experience provides the client with a level of expertise that is unmatched in the field of engineering design and resource management in the alpine environment.
